HostMonster网站的IP被封，和客服交涉，失望！
我的IP被封，原来购买时听说是被封可以更换服务器的，哪怕是一次，但是我和客服联系了一次，结果却大失所望！只能购买独立IP，不提供更换服务器服务，晕死了，以下为和客服的对话：

By purchasing a Dedicated IP we will be adding a new IP address to your server for you to exclusively access your account. Having a Dedicated IP will allow you to install and use some items that require your website to have it's own Dedicated IP.
Dedicated IP's are sold for $2.50 a month (prorated). Since they are purchased to match the length of your hosting contract, you are charged $2.50 a month for the number of months remaining in your hosting account.
Example: $2.50 a month x 24 months remaining in contract = $60.00 total due at purchase.
Important:
Your site may appear down for 1 to 4 hours while your new IP resolves internally. After that standard DNS propagation rules still apply and your site may not be visible for 24-48 hours while global propagation occurs.
