信好像有些模糊啊。。有这句话： As some of our services are non-refundable,
然后又有这句话： Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved

到底是不给退了。还是让我等等？他们需要时间处理

谢谢楼上的。。这句话有点郁闷 但是有些是不能退的。
俺一共就买了两个月。大概不到8美金。哈哈
看看到底怎么个退法
对了。如果我没看错的话。应该说的是48小时就能处理退款。如果成功了。钱就会在5-7个工作日到帐？

恩。信上说的应该是这个意思： 部分服务是无法退款的
但是偶买了两个月的空间。应该可以退吧呵呵

收到这封信说明他们已经在退款了，但是还可能需要几天时间才能收到退款
