我之前购买主机不成功，申请帐户
上次购买独立主机无辜被退款。而且登陆帐户也被封了，这次写信申请开通我的帐户，他们回复说以下了文，看不懂啥一丝，好像说我涉嫌欺诈，还要我传真护照资料和照片，晕的了。。。斑竹帮帮忙：
