如果购买的时候不小心买错了方案，可以联系客服换回你想要的方案。不过操作比较费时，推荐直接退款后重新购买。

操作：

     发信给lunarpages的客服，说明下你买错了方案，要求更换方案，然后客服会回信告诉你具体如何操作：

Thank you for contacting us.

Here is the procedure to switch from Linux hosting to Windows Hosting:

1. sign up for the Windows Plan using the subdomain option.
ex: if you have yourdomain.com, use yourdomain.fun-domain.com or yourdomain.officewebsite.net.

2. email billing@lunarpages.com or call phone support with details of your plans to switch to windows plan. Be sure to advise to your Primary domain name, as well as account username.

3. Once the new account is approved, and activated, we change the primary domain to the proper domain for you.

4. You will then be credited for the difference, or time remaining on the current Linux account, and then the Linux plan is cancelled once you confirm all files are transferred to the new Windows plan.

Please note that you will be responsible for handling the File/Content transfer, as well as changing the Nameserver details with your Registrar.

您是说退款方案还是直接转移方案？

因为从上个星期就让美国客服给更换方案了，今天才收到他们的信，也看不太明白，好像让交很多费用。所以我们打算先退款，再购买windows这个方案的，除了要交上差额，不知道会不会再扣我们手续费？
真不知道怎么做才合适。
